New subscriptions in the service offer a free trial period during which you may cancel that subscription anytime and not be charged once the free trial has expired. Check the length of the guarantee period for each particular subscription by clicking on the subscription name in the Directory. The free trial is available only once per individual per subscription. To cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you must call with Option Investor at (866) 351-6700. Cancellation requests via email will not be accepted.. Subsequent to the free trial period of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds or credits issued after the free trial period nor if you have received a refund previously. To cancel your subscription to the Service after the free trial period, you must call Option Investor at (866) 351-6700. Cancellation requests via email will not be accepted. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.
Your subscription(s) will renew automatically according to the payment plan you selected and authorized at the time of purchase; unless you notify us 4 days prior to such renewal of your decision not to renew your subscription by contacting Option Investor at (866) 351-6700. Cancellations and renewal requests made via email will not be accepted. If you do not notify us, the then-applicable subscription fee(s) will be billed automatically to the credit card then designated on our records.

OptionInvestor.com's Market Monitor is premium service above and beyond the price of the normal newsletter subscription. How the content is delivered to the Market Monitor subscriber can vary. OptionInvestor.com is not responsible for any damages or damages per the Indemnification clause above in regards to the download, set up, operation or termination of the Market Monitor executable. Which ever method that a subscriber can access the Market Monitor content is based solely on the subscriber's computer platform and system requirements. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Option Investor LLC, employees, attorneys, and agents against all claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, costs, and damages, including reasonable attorney's fees made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, or made available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service or your violation of any rights of another.
