INITIAL APRIL RECOMMENDATIONS

We are recommending the following five (5) credit spreads to begin our APRIL recommended list

We are recommending credit spreads on the following issues:

MCO - Moody's Corporation is the parent company of Moody's Investors Service, a leading provider of credit ratings, research and analysis covering debt instruments and securities in the global capital markets, Moody's KMV, a leading provider of credit risk processing and credit risk management products for banks and investors in credit-sensitive assets serving the world's largest financial institutions

TOL - TOLL BROTHERS INC. designs, builds, markets and arranges financing for single-family detached and attached homes in middle and high income residential communities in thirteen staes and five regions around the country. The communities are generally located on land Co. has developed, although, due to the poor economic conditions during the early 1990's, Co. has been able to acquire a number of fully approved parcels and often improved subdivisions.

DOW - Dow Chemical Company is a science and technology company that provides innovative chemical, plastic and agricultural products and services to many essential consumer markets. Dow serves customers in countries across the globe and a wide range of markets that are vital to human progress, including food, transportation, health and medicine, personal and home care, and building and construction, among others.

MT - Mittal Steel is one of the largest steelmakers in the world. The product of a merger announced in October 2004 between LNM Holdings and Ispat International, Mittal Steel is the world's most global steel producer.

MIR - Mirant is a competitive energy company that produces and sells electricity in the United States, the Caribbean, and the Philippines. Mirant owns or leases megawatts of electric generating capacity globally. The company operates an asset management and energy marketing organization from its headquarters in Atlanta.


We are recommending the following specific credit spreads:


Call credit spreads:

TOL $28.85

BUY TOL-DG TOL APR $35.00 CALL DEBIT = $0.20
SELL TOL-DZ TOL APR $32.50 CALL CREDIT= $0.40
NET CREDIT = $0.20
 

INITIAL "NET- CREDIT TARGET= $0.20 or $20.00
POTENTIAL PROFIT (x 10 CONTRACTS @ $0.20 = $200.00
MARGIN REQUIRE. (x 10 CONTRACTS $2,300.00
RETURN ON INVESTMENT= 8.70%

EXIT STRATEGY = 1. WATCH LIST 2. MAXIMUM LOSS SPREAD PRICE DIFFERENCE $5.00
1. STOCK WILL BE PLACED ON WATCH LIST IF STOCK PRICE RISES TO: $30.50
2. ON SPREADS WITH 2.50 or less difference in STRIKE PRICES

1. STOCK WILL BE PLACED ON WATCH LIST IF STOCK PRICE RISES TO: $67.50
2. EQUITY ISSUES:
A STOP LIMIT will be placed on the SHORT STRIKE PRICE on any EQUITY OPTION that has a STRIKE PRICE DIFFERENCE OF $5.00 or MORE.
THE STOP LIMIT ON THIS POSITION IS NOTED BELOW:

If and when the STOP LIMIT IS EXECUTED - A contingency order should be in place to then SELL the LONG SIDE of the Spread and close the position with a Market Order if and when the SHORT side needs to be STOPPED OUT

A STOP LIMIT will be placed on the SHORT STRIKE PRICE on any EQUITY OPTION that has a STRIKE PRICE DIFFERENCE OF $5.00 or MORE.
