I received some emails asking me if the example I used in Sunday's discussion of the Low Risk Straddle was a CPTI Portfolio play. ABSOLUTELY NOT!
As a matter of fact, I made a typo in the article. I originally put in that the strategy would require $7.75 to enter. It should have been only $5.75. Lowering that number to the correct figure makes an even better case for using the Low Risk Straddle strategy. There's very little at risk and potentially a lot to gain. The challenge comes in doing the research to find the companies that are going to make substantial moves.
