Play Editor's Note: At this point I'm still willing to bet that the oversold bounce has more upside to it but we are due for a correction. The plan here is to buy a dip. Since we remain in a volatile market I'm looking for some significant dips.

NEW BULLISH Plays

Best Buy Co. Inc. - BBY - close: 24.28 change: +1.23 stop: 19.90

Why We Like It:
I suspect that the rally in stocks is running out of breath and needs to pause. With that in mind the market itself remains volatile and any downside move could be dramatic. We want to be ready to buy the dip in BBY, which out performed the S&P 500 last week.

We are suggesting readers buy the stock on a dip in the $22.00-20.00 one with a stop loss at $19.90. If triggered we're listing two targets. Our first target is $24.90. Our second target is $27.00. However, don't get too focused on the second target. BBY is due to report earnings on December 16th and we do not want to hold over the report!

Electronic Arts - ERTS - close: 21.87 change: +1.89 stop: 18.75

Why We Like It:
The good news is that today's gain is a confirmation signal on Friday's bullish engulfing candlestick for ERTS. Now the stock has produced a huge, two-day move and we don't want to chase it. Our plan is to buy the stock on a dip into the $20.25-19.50 zone with a stop loss at $18.75. We have two targets. Our first target is $22.75. Our second target is $23.90.

Fluor Corp. - FLR - close: 50.96 change: +5.92 stop: 42.49

Why We Like It:
Shares of FLR soared more than 13% today. Investors expect big construction service companies will be huge winners as the Obama Presidency focuses on infrastructure spending. We don't want to chase this move. It's a bullish breakout but the stock has gone too far too fast in the last couple of days. Odds are FLR will "fill the gap". Thus we are suggesting readers buy a dip into the $46.00-44.00 zone with a stop loss at $42.49. If triggered we have two targets. Our first target is $49.95. Our second target is $53.85.

RadioShack - RSH - close: 11.23 change: +0.08 stop: 9.49

Why We Like It:
RSH has broken out from its three-month bearish channel but the stock now looks short-term overbought. Broken resistance near $10.00 should now be new support. We are suggesting readers buy a dip in the $10.25-10.00 zone with a stop loss at $9.49. More conservative traders may want to use a stop loss close to the $10.00 mark. If triggered we are listing two targets. Our first target is $11.25. Our second target is $12.75.
