Editor's Note:

Just a quick note... today's market rally was very widespread. There are a lot of stocks that look like bullish candidates. Here are a few I strongly considered. You may want to check them out: CHL, CMP, MT, PBR, TMO

NEW BULLISH Plays

Andersons Inc. - ANDE - close: 29.95 change: +1.11 stop: 27.59

Why We Like It:
After a two week consolidation shares of ANDE are breaking out again. This is a momentum trader's dream stock. It tends to trend for days at a time. Right now ANDE looks set to launch a new up trend. I'm suggesting bullish positions now with a stop loss under this week's low. Our first target is $34.00. ANDE did close under $30.00 so more conservative traders may want to use a trigger at $30.20 to launch positions. My time frame is less than four weeks.

Bank of Montreal - BMO - close: 41.38 change: +0.85 stop: 38.85

Why We Like It:
The PremierInvestor newsletter doesn't have a lot of exposure to the financials right now. If the group does recover I wanted to add a relative strength leader in the sector. BMO is bouncing from the bottom of its recent trading range. The $39.00 level has been support. I'm suggesting long positions now. More conservative traders can wait for a move over $42.00 to launch positions. Our first target to take profits is $44.90. Our second target is $48.00. This could take six to eight weeks.

Dentsply Intl. - XRAY - close: 30.87 change: +1.17 stop: 28.95

Why We Like It:
After six weeks of consolidating sideways under resistance near $30.00 shares of XARY are finally breaking out. The MACD indicator has produced a new buy signal. The Point & Figure chart is very bullish with a $47 target. I am suggesting bullish positions now although more patient traders may want to wait and buy a dip near $30.50 or $30.00. Our first target to take profits is $33.90.
