NEW BULLISH Plays

IDEX Corp. - IEX - close: 27.59 change: +0.80 stop: 24.75

Why We Like It:
IEX is a diversified machinery manufacturer that has broken out over major resistance at the $26.00 level. If the market pulls back IEX should dip back to $26.00, which should now act as new support. I'm suggesting a trigger to buy IEX at $26.10 but readers could use a $26.25-25.00 zone as an entry range. The Point & Figure chart is bullish and points to a $39.00 target. If we are triggered near $26.00 our first target is $29.85. My time frame is six to eight weeks.

LDK Solar Co. - LDK - close: 11.81 change: +1.51 stop: 9.49

Why We Like It:
LDK recently raised its earnings and revenue guidance and shares have naturally rallied on the news. The solar names can be volatile stocks and if the market does correct the pull back will probably be a little deeper in LDK. We want to jump in on a dip at $10.25. The $10.00 level should offer support and the level is underpinned by the 50-dma. We'll start with a stop loss at $9.45 but more conservative traders could try a tighter stop. If triggered our first target is $11.80. We won't have a lot of time. Earnings are due out around August 12th.

SBS - close: 30.85 change: +2.06 stop: 27.99

Why We Like It:
SBS is a Brazil water and sewage services company. The full name is Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sau Paulo. The stock has been consolidating sideways with a bearish trend of lower highs. Shares just broke out on Friday. Aggressive traders can go long the stock now. I am suggesting readers wait for a dip. Our suggested entry point is the $30.00-29.00 zone. We'll try and limit our risk with a stop at $27.99. Our first target is $34.50. Earnings are due out in early August but the date is not confirmed.
