Editor's Note:

I saw a lot of bullish charts today. Several looked like potential candidates for PremierInvestor. Here are a few stocks I'm watching for a possible entry point: ANR, X, UHS, LNN, HUM, SII, GWR.

NEW BULLISH Plays

BJ Services Co. - BJS - close: 15.06 change: +0.68 stop: 13.90

Why We Like It:
Oil service stocks were showing relative strength today. BJS led the pack with a breakout from a pennant-shaped consolidation. I suspect oil will continue to show strength thanks to a falling dollar, in spite of forecasts for falling demand. We're going to try and limit our risk with a tight stop under yesterday's low. I would buy BJS here or on a dip back toward $14.50. Our first target is $16.65. My time frame is about four weeks or less.

Oil States Intl. - OIS - close: 29.51 change: +1.00 stop: 27.80

Why We Like It:
OIS is another oil services company showing some strength. Shares still have resistance near $30.00. I'm suggesting readers use a trigger at $30.10 to open bullish positions. If triggered our first target is $34.00. Our second target is $38.00. My time frame is six to eight weeks.
