Thursday was a relatively quiet day for stocks. Most of the major indices were content to drift sideways in a narrow range. The U.S. dollar rallied for its third day in a row while bond yields traded lower.
Overall stocks were mixed on Thursday with healthcare, retail, semiconductors and biotech showing relative strength. Homebuilders were some of the worst performers.
There will be no new trades tonight as the markets are closed tomorrow. We will be publishing the newsletter as normal this weekend.
