Company Description

Why We Like It:
ALK is a regional airline. Believe it or not but shares are hitting new record, all-time highs. The stock has been consolidating sideways the last few days but ALK looks poised to breakout past resistance at $41.50 soon.

I am suggesting small bullish positions at $41.60. We will aim for $44.75. We do want to keep our position size small. ALK is definitely overbought with an eight-week rally. That doesn't mean it can't grow more overbought.

Trigger @ 41.60

Suggested Position: buy ALK stock @ (trigger)

NEW BEARISH Plays

Imperva Inc. - IMPV - close: 29.84 change: -0.96

Stop Loss: 31.05
Target(s): 25.50
Current Gain/Loss: unopened

Entry on November xx at $ xx.xx
Listed on November 12, 2012
Time Frame: 6 to 8 weeks
Average Daily Volume = 221 thousand
New Positions: Yes, see below

Company Description

Why We Like It:
IMPV recently reported earnings in early November and guided its Q4 numbers lower. This has sparked a sell-off and now shares are breaking down through support near $30.00. I want to see a little more confirmation in this software stock. Therefore I am suggesting a trigger to open bearish positions at $29.60. We want to keep our position size small because IMPV can be a volatile stock. Our target is $25.50.
FYI: The Point & Figure chart for IMPV is bearish with a $25.00 target.

Trigger @ 29.60

Suggested Position: short IMPV stock @ (trigger)
