Why We Like It:
The transportation sector and especially the railroad stocks continue to show relative strength. CSX has recently broken out to new 52-week highs. Shares were showing strength today with a +1.4% gain. Today's high was $24.33. I am suggesting a trigger to launch bullish positions at $24.40. Our multi-week target is $26.50.

Company Description

Why We Like It:
TSLA builds electric cars. The stock's performance has been choppy of late with some pretty sharp swings. There is major resistance near the $40.00 mark. Yet investors keep buying the dips. Late last week TSLA produced a sharp sell-off without any real news but the stock found support near its trend of higher lows.

We suspect TSLA will bounce and retest the $40.00 level again. If shares can breakout past $40.00 it could really fly on a short squeeze. The most recent data listed short interest at 64% of the 72 million share float.

Right now TSLA is facing short-term resistance near the $36.00 level. I am suggesting a trigger to launch bullish positions at $36.20. If triggered our short-term target is $39.25. More aggressive traders may want to aim a lot higher but TSLA will have to breakout past $40.00.

Trigger @ 36.20

Suggested Position: buy TSLA stock @ (trigger)
