Company Description

Why We Like It:
AIZ is in the insurance industry. The stock has been a consistent winner for months. Yet AIZ's long-term up trend looks like it's in serious trouble with Friday's breakdown below major support at the rising 50-dma.

Friday's low was $52.94. I am suggesting a trigger at $52.75. If triggered our target is $48.00. Do not be surprised to see a temporary bounce near the $50.00 mark.

Trigger @ 52.75

Suggested Position: short AIZ stock @ (trigger)

InterDigital, Inc. - IDCC - close: 35.54 change: -1.24

Stop Loss: 36.25
Target(s): 30.25
Current Gain/Loss: unopened

Entry on September -- at $--.--

Time Frame: 4 to 8 weeks
Average Daily Volume = 342 thousand

Company Description

Why We Like It:
IDCC is in the wireless communication industry. It has been a rough summer for IDCC. The stock collapsed on July 1st on news following a patent infringement case. The last four weeks have seen IDCC consolidating sideways as it tries to hold support near the $35.00 level. Friday's reversal lower puts that support in jeopardy.

A breakdown under $35.00 could signal a drop toward $30.00. I am suggesting a trigger to open bearish positions at $34.85. If triggered our target is $30.50.

Trigger @ 34.85

Suggested Position: short IDCC stock @ (trigger)

Company Description

Why We Like It:
KIM is a REIT focused on neighborhood and community shopping centers. High-dividend names have not performed well in recent weeks (KIM has a 4.1% yield). The trend lower looks poised to resume.

Currently KIM is testing round-number, psychological support at the $20.00 level. The August 20th low was $19.89. I am suggesting a trigger to launch bearish positions at $19.80. If triggered our target is $18.25.

Trigger @ 19.80
