Company Description

Why We Like It:
CBOE is in the financial sector. They operate markets for a derivatives, including options on equities, options on indices, options on ETFs, and much more. More and more investors are using options as part of their trading strategies. Option volumes have been growing for years. It's not a surprise to see the CBOE trading near all-time highs.

The last couple of weeks have seen traders buying the dip near its rising 20-dma. Now CBOE is poised to breakout past resistance in the $51.00 area. The November 1st intraday high was $51.50. I am suggesting a trigger to open bullish positions at $51.75. If triggered our multi-week target is $57.50.

Trigger @ 51.75

Suggested Position: buy CBOE stock @ (trigger)

Company Description

Why We Like It:
NAV is in the consumer goods sector. The company makes commercial and military buses, trucks, recreational vehicles, diesel engines, and provides service parts. The stock has shown relative strength in November. The current rally has lifted shares to major resistance near the $40.00 level. A breakout here could spark some short covering. The most recent data listed short interest at almost 25% of the 53.4 million share float.

I am suggesting a trigger to open bullish positions at $40.25. If triggered our target is $44.75. More aggressive investors may want to aim higher. The Point & Figure chart for NAV is bullish with a $54.00 target.
