Why We Like It:
SHOS is in the services sector. The company operates more than 1,000 retail locations. This stock doesn't see a lot of press. Normally when people think of Sears they think of Sears Holding (symbol: SHLD). SHOS is a spinoff of Sears from back in 2012. Shares of SHOS peaked in May 2013 and it's been down hill ever since.
The last few weeks have seen SHOS trying to hold round-number support near the $25.00 level. That support level broke today and SHOS is at a new record low.
I am suggesting bearish positions now at the opening bell tomorrow morning. Our short-term target is $20.25.
Suggested Position: short SHOS @ (the opening bell)
