Cox Radio - CXR - close: 16.68 chg: +0.08 stop: 16.39 *new*

No change from previous update. We cannot find any news to account for the intraday spike higher to $17.09 and we remain cautious with CXR testing support at the $16.50 level. We are going to raise our stop loss to $16.39.

Picked on March 01 at $16.53

Syneron Medical - ELOS - close: 31.40 chg: -2.29 stop: 29.49

Wow! We suggested that traders wait for a pull back in ELOS but we didn't expect one so deep. The stock has erased all of yesterday's gains. Yet another broker/analyst issued comments on the stock this week. Thomas Wiesel came out with a "peer perform" rating on ELOS, which is much less enthusiastic than yesterday's analyst comments. Combine that with a down market and traders appeared to over react a bit. Watch for a bounce from the $30.00 level.

Technical Olympic - TOA - cls: 31.29 chg: +1.61 stop: 28.95

TOA is another big mover today. We cannot find any news to account for the gap higher and the 5.4 percent gain today. Not that we are complaining but the gap higher was not the entry point we were looking for. Our strategy involved a trigger at $30.05. Now that TOA has gapped we have to adjust our entry point to $30.45. The stock rallied right to short-term resistance at the $32.00 level, which is also our short-term target. Volume was very big on today's gain, which suggests more strength ahead. Yet we'd probably look for TOA to pull back and fill the gap. Traders looking for new entries are probably better off standing back and waiting for TOA to fill the gap or at least dip to the $30.00 level. FYI: potentially influencing TOA was positive earnings news from homebuilders Lennar (LEN) and KB Home (KBH).

Valassis Comm. - VCI - close: 35.69 chg: -0.33 stop: 34.75

Uh-oh! The lack of follow through on yesterday's bullish reversal is a problem. One could argue that VCI's weakness is market related but what matters is price. At this moment we expect VCI to retest the $35.00 level as support. Plan accordingly.

Nabi Biopharma - NABI - close: 11.96 chg: -0.27 stop: 13.11
