Black Hills - BKH - close: 39.27 change: +0.65 stop: 36.85

The rally continues for BKH and the stock added another 1.68 percent on Tuesday. Shares almost hit our target range of $39.85-40.00. We would not suggest new positions here unless BKH dipped back toward the $38.00-38.20 region.

Dynamic Materials - BOOM - close: 40.64 chg: -3.36 stop: 37.95

Whoa! Buckle those seat belts and grab the Malox. BOOM is showing a lot of volatility today. The stock started off the session strong and punched through resistance at the $45.00 level and hit a high of $46.87. Then in the last two hours of the day BOOM fell about six points on heavy volume. This kind of action smells like a big, bearish reversal. If you're a conservative trader who decided to speculate on this higher-risk, aggressive play you may want to seriously consider tightening your stop loss or exiting altogether. A breakdown under round-number support/resistance at the $40.00 mark will probably spell bad news for any bulls here.

Diodes Inc. - DIOD - close: 34.97 change: +0.83 stop: 30.95

The rally, or some might say short squeeze, in the semiconductor index continues. Likewise DIOD continues to track higher. Both the SOX and DIOD are looking a bit short-term overbought so we're not suggesting new positions here. More conservative traders may want to take some profits off the table here. Our target remains the $36.50 mark.
