Long Play Updates

Burlington N. Santa F. - BNI - cls: 57.06 chg: +0.19 stop: 54.90*new*

We don't see much change from our previous update. Shares of BNI are bouncing from its simple 10-dma. As long as the stock remains above the $56 level we're okay. We do want to offer one note of caution. We're starting to see what looks like a bearish divergence in the MACD and the stock price. We're going to raise our stop loss to $54.90. Our target is the $59.75-60.00 range.

Mckesson - MCK - close: 46.01 chg: +0.09 stop: 44.85

Unfortunately, we have nothing new to report on for MCK. We are still in a wait-and-see mode with MCK. The stock's consolidation is narrowing so we expect a breakout one way or the other pretty soon. We're not suggesting new bullish positions until MCK trades over $46.50 again. Our target is the $49.75-50.00 range.
