Burlington Coat - BCF - close: 40.15 chg: -0.33 stop: 37.45

The pull back toward $40 and its simple 10-dma looks like another bullish entry point. The only thing that makes us worry is the relative weakness on a day that most of the market traded higher! Enter cautiously. Our target is the $43.50-44.00 range.

Picked on October 24 at $38.90

Csk Auto - CAO - close: 15.90 change: +0.40 stop: 14.95

Many of the auto-parts retailers turned in a strong session and CAO was leading the pack up 2.58%. The stock is now challenging resistance at the $16.00 mark just under its exponential 200-dma. We have a limited time frame with CAO before its earnings report so we're not suggesting new positions.

CE Frankline Ltd - CFK - close: 12.40 chg: +0.17 stop: 9.99

The rally in CFK continues and shares are nearing what is probably resistance at the $12.50 mark. Shares still look a little overbought so we would not suggest new long positions at the moment. Our target is going to be the $14.75-15.00 range over the next eight weeks. We are suggesting a stop loss at $9.99 but more conservative traders might want to consider something tighter.

Cree Inc. - CREE - close: 26.62 change: -0.27 stop: 24.89

The semiconductor rally paused today despite the strength in the NASDAQ. The intraday bounce in CREE near $26 looks like a new bullish entry point more conservative traders may want to wait for a move over $27 before considering long positions. Our target will be the $30.00-31.00 range. Be sure to keep an eye on the SOX index, which has a tendency to fill gaps. The index gapped higher on Friday and a pull back to fill the gap will probably weigh on shares of CREE.

D.R.Horton - DHI - close: 36.14 chg: +1.33 stop: 32.45

We are triggered. The homebuilding sector turned in a very strong session with the DJUSHB home construction index rising more than two percent. Shares of DHI out performed many of its peers with a 3.8% rally over the $36 level and resistance at the 100-dma. Our trigger to go long was at $35.85. Our target is the $39.75-40.00 range.

Picked on November 21 at $35.85

eBay Inc. - EBAY - close: 46.19 change: +1.52 stop: 42.45

Wow! EBAY turned in a very strong session with a 3.4% rally and a breakout over significant resistance at the $45.00 mark. Our trigger to go long the stock was at $45.10 so the play is now open. Volume on the breakout today was well above average and that normally suggests more strength to come. Our target is the $49.90-50.00 range.

Picked on November 21 at $45.10

Corning Inc. - GLW - close: 20.90 chg: -0.05 stop: 18.99

GLW hit some profit taking this morning after butting up against resistance at $21.00 on Friday. Fortunately, traders were quick to buy the dip and GLW had recovered almost all its lost ground before today's close. The stock looks poised to breakout over the $21 level. Our target is the $21.90-22.00 range.

Intel Corp. - INTC - close: 25.25 chg: -0.05 stop: 23.45

Intel is another chip stock stuck in the semiconductor sector's stall. Shares of INTC remain under resistance at its 100-dma and the 25.50 mark. We would not suggest new longs at this time. Our year-end target is the $26.00-26.50 range.

Komag - KOMG - close: 31.20 change: +0.70 stop: 26.99

Traders bought the early morning dip toward $30 and KOMG ended up climbing to a new monthly high with a 2.29% gain by the closing bell. We see no changes from our weekend update. KOMG remains a target for a short squeeze. Our target is the $34.00-35.00 range.

Mentor Graphics - MENT - close: 8.90 chg: +0.22 stop: 8.49

We see no change from our weekend update. MENT remains stuck inside its four-month trading range between $7.85 and $9.00. We suspect that if the market's produce their seasonally bullish year-end rally that MENT can breakout to the upside from this consolidation. Our strategy involves a trigger to go long the stock at $9.05. If triggered we'll target a run into the $9.95-10.00 range.

Verifone Holdings - PAY - close: 23.79 chg: +0.09 stop: 21.95

Hmm... we are growing more cautious by PAY's lack of participation in the market's rally the last two sessions. Traders may want to wait for a move over $24.25 before considering new long positions. More conservative traders may want to bail out early if the stock trades under $23.00 again. Currently our target is the $26-27 range but we have a limited time frame with PAY's upcoming earnings report. If we don't see a move higher soon we'll exit early!

VCA Antech - WOOF - close: 28.10 chg: +0.36 stop: 25.90

The market strength on Monday helped WOOF power through resistance at the $28.00 level. Volume came in well above average, which normally suggests more strength ahead. Our target is the $29.90-30.00 range. More conservative traders may want to tighten their stops.
