BULLISH Play Updates

Emergent BioSolutions - EBS - close: 24.38 change: +1.52 stop: 19.45

Looking at EBS' 6.6% gain today just pours salt in the wound after it missed our entry point on Friday morning. The stock is not cooperating. We're not going to give up just yet and will stick to the plan. Our suggested entry point was the $20.50-20.00 zone. We are not going to chase EBS here and will stick to our strategy for now.

If triggered we have two targets. Our first target is $22.50. Our second target is $24.50. FYI: The Point & Figure chart is bullish with a $35 target.

Expedia Inc. - EXPE - close: 8.53 change: +0.63 stop: 7.59*new*

Target achieved! EXPE delivered a very strong day with the stock closing up almost 8%. Shares hit an intraday high of $8.63. Our first target to exit and take profits was $8.45. We are not suggesting new bullish positions at this time. Please note that we are raising our stop loss to $7.59. Our second target is $9.75. More aggressive traders may want to aim higher.

Hasbro Inc. - HAS - close: 28.61 change: +0.77 stop: 26.25

Stocks were strong today and many stocks actually gapped open higher. HAS started trading at $28.31. If you missed the open readers got a chance to buy the stock at $27.15 about an hour later. By the end of the day HAS was up 2.7% and closing above technical resistance at its 50-dma. We have two targets. Our short-term target is $29.90. Our multi-week target is $32.25.

ProLogis - PLD - close: 6.89 change: +2.01 stop: 3.85

Wow! We thought PLD was poised to rally but wanted to buy a dip first. The stock actually gapped open higher at $5.27 and soared to $7.10 intraday. The stock closed with a 41% gain on the session. If you happened to buy the opening gap you would currently be up more than 30%. Volume was very strong on the rally, which is bullish. We still don't want to chase the move and will stick to our plan for now.

Our suggested entry point to buy PLD is the $4.40-4.00 zone. We'll try and limit our risk with a stop loss at $3.85. If triggered we have two (newly adjusted) targets. Our first target is $5.75. Our second target is $7.45. FYI: The Point & Figure chart has turned bullish with a $10 target. I have to label this an aggressive play because the stock can make some huge percentage moves throughout the day.

Raytheon - RTN - close: 50.93 change: +1.38 stop: 46.65

RTN is another stock that gapped open higher this morning. Unfortunately, that changes our entry point from $49.55 to $50.48. More conservative traders may want to tighten their stops. However, I would expect a dip, probably back toward the $49.00 region. Our target is unchanged at $54.50. The P&F chart is bullish with a $61 target.
