Stocks retreated sharply Tuesday amid concerns about oil prices and interest rates. As if that wasn't enough to worry about, the semiconductor sector was hit by a Merrill Lynch downgrade and the Pentagon announced an anthrax discovery in its mailroom. In the end, the Dow Jones industrial average fell 59 points to 10,745, while the NASDAQ composite lost 16 points to 2,034, and the broader S&P 500 index slid 9 points to 1,197.

Despite the sell-off in equities, there was little notable activity in the OW Portfolio. Barring some unforeseen event, all of the OW Portfolio positions offered in February will expire profitably. In addition, the March plays are performing fairly well, given the recent volatility in share values. If the market cooperates, we'll have some favorable entry points for new plays in the coming sessions. In addition, we expect to publish another list of supplemental positions after the closing bell on Wednesday.
