The plays on the Russell ETF and the Dow Transports ETF were both closed successfully at the open for 10-cents as recommended in the Wednesday newsletter.

We watched safely from the sidelines as the market declined in the afternoon session. Because of the decline I am going to hold off recommending any new plays until this weekend.
