Planning for next week; here is a preview of upcoming economic news.

If the market cooperates, we are hoping to enter an SPX Weekly Iron Condor for the June 9 cycle on Friday, following the release of the monthly Employment Report. The VIX is still very low, so the entry will depend on whether there is sufficient credit for what looks like a reasonable position. If the VIX remains under 11, we may have to sit on the sidelines rather than to risk entering a trade with little room between the two short strikes.

For planning purposes, a synopsis of upcoming economic news beginning tomorrow is below:

8:15 am ADP Employment Report

8:30 am Jobless Claims

8:30 am Productivity & Costs

9:45 am PMI Manufacturing Index

10:00 am ISM Manufacturing Index

8:30 am Employment Situation Report

8:30 am International Trade

10:00 am Factory Orders

10:00 am ISM Non-manufacturing Index

10:30 am EIA Petroleum Status Report

8:30 am Jobless Claims

8:30 am ECB Interest Rate Press Conference

As always, stay keen on your risk management and trade carefully,
